1. Shippling Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
Some products may require energisation or blessing by a practitioner, which may add 2-3 business days to processing time.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched with tracking information.

UK Shipping

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For):

Delivery within 2-4 business days
Cost: £3.95 (Free on orders over £50)

Express Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For):

Delivery within 1-2 business days
Cost: £5.95

Next Day Delivery (DPD Next Day):

Delivery next business day (orders placed before 2pm)
Cost: £8.95

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.
Delivery time: 5-10 business days (Europe), 7-14 business days (Rest of World)
Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking information.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
You can also track your order through your account on our website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
Some remote locations may incur additional charges or extended delivery times.

2. Return Policy

Your Right to Return

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items for any reason.

The 14-day period begins the day after you receive your order.
You must notify us of your intention to return within this 14-day period.
You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and undamaged
Be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached
Include all accessories, certificates of authenticity, and packaging materials
Not be personalised, engraved, or custom-made items (these are non-returnable unless faulty)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@vedicstones.co.uk
Provide your order number and clear photographs showing the issue
We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund (including original shipping costs)

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us

Email info@vedicstones.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
We will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and return instructions

Step 2: Package Your Return

Securely package the items in their original packaging
Include your RAN and order number inside the package
Write your RAN clearly on the outside of the package

Step 3: Send Your Return

Send the package to the address provided in your return instructions
Use a tracked and insured shipping method (we recommend Royal Mail Signed For)
Keep your proof of postage until your refund is processed

Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind Returns: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping
Faulty or Incorrect Items: We will cover return shipping costs via a prepaid label
We recommend using tracked shipping and insuring valuable items. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

We will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
For change of mind returns, we refund the product cost only (original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty)
Depending on your card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, style, or product:

Return the original item for a refund (following the return process above)
Place a new order for the desired item

For urgent exchanges, please contact us, and we will do our best to expedite the process.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or defective:

Personalised, engraved, or custom-made items
Items that have been worn, used, or damaged by the customer
Items without their original tags, packaging, or certificates
Sale or clearance items marked as 'Final Sale'

Missing or Lost Deliveries

If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 72 hours
Check with neighbours, building reception, or safe places where the courier may have left the package
We will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue promptly

Every product meets our stringent quality standards before dispatch
We provide certificates of authenticity for high-value items
Due to the natural variations in crystals and stones, each piece is unique and may differ slightly from photographs
